[Scan-DC] NORAD Plans Anti-Terror Exercises for D.C. Skies Tonight

This is the same exercise they do every sngle month. There is nothing more unique about this exercise than last month's, or the month's before that - in fact, since about 9/11. Must be a slow news day. :)
