[Scan-DC] Fake NIMH batteries from China

Just a reminder--if you buy batteries on eBay from sources in China, 
don't believe the capacity claims.
I bought some with "BTY" on the packaging that claimed to be 2500 mAH 
capacity, for less than 50 cents apiece.
I put them intro my La Crosse charger with "test" selected and they 
all showed in the 300 mAH range.
Junk.
So if it's too good to be true....
