[Scan-DC] 787 heading to DFW

something is really wrong with that plane if it takes it 45 minutes to travel the 15 miles from DCA - IAD. I have seen some planes flying low and slow, but that takes the cake.

Maybe they have factored in the time being stuck in the construction on the beltway getting to the access road?
