[Scan-DC] 787 heading to DFW

The missing piece of the puzzle is now filed:

787 will hop from DCA to IAD at 11am.

Then from IAD to DFW at 1:45pm.

Maybe needs to depart DCA with partial fuel load, perhaps due to short runway length?
