[Scan-DC] MOntgomery rebanding

Hi Cathy,

Nope, nothing has happened yet on the rebanding.  RR still has the old frequencies (866 - 868 MHz), so it must have been something else... the new frequencies will be 15 MHz lower than the existing (851 - 853).

I don't think they'll do anything about the rebanding for several months as there were some problems... will dig out the links and send later.
