Frederick has had a new tower!
You can see it from 70 on the south (East?) (Heading towards Baltimore) side of the I70/270 conflagration.  
Pretty red brick and dark glass structure.  I don't know if they are using more than unicom there, although AOPA plans to use the field more now that their new HQ is located in Frederick near the airport.

Frederick is getting a tower!  Haven't been able to determine the tower frequency, yet.
