Daily updates are being posted on this NASA site:
It looks like it will arrived in the DC area around 10:00am. I think scheduled to landed at Dulles around 11:00am. I'm pretty sure the runway they're going to be landing on is 1R / 19L.
You can get some really good photo shots of it landing from the parking lot of the Smithsonian’s Udvar-Hazy Center if they're landing on runway 1R. Most of the arrivals have been landing in that direction at that time of the day.

Shuttle Discovery:
NASA’s Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA-905) that will carry Discovery to its permanent home is fully fueled and ready to support Discovery’s ferry flight to the Washington, D.C. area on Tuesday, April 17. Installation of attach point pedestals on the aircraft was completed yesterday. Discovery is scheduled to roll out of the Vehicle Assembly Building at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida for the final time in the early morning hours on Saturday, April 14. The orbiter will roll to the Shuttle Landing Facility and be lifted and placed atop the SCA in preparation for departure on Tuesday. Discovery is set to depart just after sunrise and arrive in the Washington, D.C. area around 10 a.m. Discovery will be delivered to Dulles International Airport on April 17 and then moved to the Smithsonian’s Udvar-Hazy Center near Dulles for permanent public display on April 19.

It will be flying over Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD at
11:00 AM approximately. If you cannot get on site then the Cipriano Square
Shopping Center parking lot across Greenbelt Road with the K-Mart has been
mention by Goddard employees as a good photo location.
