[Scan-DC] NASA T-38 jets to fly low over D.C. next month

I believe it is the on/off ramp of the bridge which crosses the Anacostia River closest to the National's Stadium.  It should be used for emergency landings only!

Looks like there might be only one T-38. It landed at Dulles yesterday, so listen for it coming out of there.
