[Scan-DC] Montgo re-banding

Doug:
I did the same in my 396T, a 396XT and my HP-1. All former systems are still active, and there is no control channel transmitting on the rebanded system as of this time.
They are making the hourly announcement to switch to the "Non Asterisk" talk groups, which tells me that they are somehow patching them to the old system, at this time.

I just got home after being gone since early this morning... in my BC-796 the other night I copied the (working) montgomery county system to another bank, then changed the frequencies to the 853 MHz... have punched up that bank now and the radio is _NOT_ trunking...
I have not checked to confirm that my programming is correct and that everything copied over properly... but so far, nothing...

I suspect this may be the case. We'll see what happens over the next few days.

So far, on my unmodified Pro-96, I seem to be hearing everything as I should. I'm hearing occasional digital break-up, but when I do the dispatcher (or hospital) also seems to be hearing it.
