Expect Delays on Metrorail's Orange and Blue Lines due to an incident at the Foggy Bottom Station. Foggy Bottom station is temporarily closed.  Orange Line trains are single tracking between Clarendon and Foggy Bottom. Blue Line trains are single tracking between Arlington Cemetery and Foggy Bottom. Shuttle bus service is expected between the affected stations. drm/OEM
