Blair--
They had been simulcasting their newer digital system on their old
analog system since the cutover (1-2 years ago?). This was great for
those of us who had analog trunk trackers, although none of the PD tac
channels was included in the rebroadcast. Seems like the analog system
was shut down for good on Feb 2nd, according to other folks on this
group. Bummer. My Bearcat 895XLT in my office has now become a paper
weight, since my building is RF shielded and Arlington's analog system
is about the only thing I could hear, because it was so close by and
strong.

I didn't even know they were still transmitting in analog. I thought
they went digital years ago.

I have been on travel for five weeks, and upon return to my office, my
analog trunktracker scanner, which I've used to listen to Arlington's
analog system for ten years, is no longer trunking. Is the analog system
down, or did they do some kind of rebanding in the last few weeks?
