[Scan-DC] Arlington analog system down/rebanded?

I didn't even know they were still transmitting in analog. I thought they went digital years ago.

I have been on travel for five weeks, and upon return to my office, my
analog trunktracker scanner, which I've used to listen to Arlington's
analog system for ten years, is no longer trunking. Is the analog system down, or did they do some kind of rebanding in the last few weeks?
