[Scan-DC] Montgomery County Rebanding within 30 days

I got this from the horse's mouth - a tip of the hat to the gentleman that I spoke to (all right, to whom I spoke).

I was in the Giant on Crabbs Branch Way a couple of hours ago; in front of me in line was a gentleman who was wearing a "Montgomery County Radio Communications" jacket.  Needless to say, I accosted him... he was kind enough to give me a couple of minutes, and told me that they will be rebanding within the next 30 days or so... exact date is apparently not yet determined.  He told me to subtract 15 MHz from the current frequencies of the four control channels and that should do the trick.
