[Scan-DC] VT news conf / Incident in Upper Montgo

I know that there are some "bomb people" up there, forget exactly where the incident is though... I heard something about it around mid-morning, but I wasn't paying a lot of attention... think they may have found a cache of explosives, or let's say what may be a cache of explosives.
