[Scan-DC] VT news conf / Incident in Upper Montgo

There were 2 incidents.

One was at 21800 Clarksburg road, the house is on the corner of Rt 121  and West old baltimore road. Subject held gun to wifes head, and then barricaded himself in the house. He is now in custody but the roads are still closed in the area.

The other incident was a planned disruption of some dynamite by the bomb squad near shiloh church road and west old baltimore and just ended up as bad timing due to the other incident.

VA Tech to hold newser at 4:30pm.

Meanwhile, anyone know what the incident in Montgo Sta 35's area, that's been underway since about noon, is all about.  Roads are closed around Rt 121 and and W. Old Baltimore Rd.  FM4, other FMs and a couple of EMS units have been on the scene, which makes me think it's a suspicous package, but it's been going on a LONG time.
