[Scan-DC] Anne Arundel County New CAD System

The police switchover will also be at 2300. It sounds like 2 additional
cars per district just came on at 7:00 PM to be "overlap cars." In Eastern:
3A7 & 3B7 are the two overlap cars. These callsigns/posts do not normally
exist.
