[Scan-DC] Falcon Virgo 12-03

I dug up the frequencies that were provided several months ago for this exercise. Because it comes from an email embedded in an email embedded in an email (and so on), I can't tell who the original poster was (but thanks to whoever it was!). If this info is no longer current, please chime in and let us know:
