Has anyone identified 407.525 R [118.8] in the Frederick area? It appears to be a security patrol. It might be the FEMA Emmitsburg training facility but I'm not sure. Also, the Gaithersburg Police Lakeforest Mall shoplifting detail on talkgroup 16464 has been interesting. -Eric
