[Scan-DC] no Palmyra

Well, I screwed that one up pretty good... apparently there is no Palmyra in Calverton... now I have to figure out what I was thinking of... sorry for any confusion.

Again, the school bus accident is in the Aspen Hill area of Montgomery County, at Palmira and Loyola, apparently about 15 students, no serious injuries.
