[Scan-DC] Crash - 24000 blk clarksburg road

Have a severely pinned driver - once they have the truck stablized - pt has left sucking chest wound, bi-lateral femur fractures, w/ tree rolled onto dash & front end. Have trooper 3 as medevac switch over to the old channel 1 - 153.950 and they patched that channel into 800 ops 7 hotel. They consulted with Shock Trauma on 72-delta - cmd is advising 30-45 min extrication once the truck is stable and secure. 

There were 2 other patients in the cab of the truck that are at the moment refusing transport.
