[Scan-DC] Arlington following a LoJack hit

In the end, I think it was a training exercise. One cop was driving around
in a "stolen" car emitting LoJack signals, and the other one was in a
cruiser learning how to operate the tracking equipment. It was neat when
they were in my neighborhood, I could finally hear what kind of signal a
stolen car emits. I have always been able to hear the occasional bursts from
the local base station, but a stolen car emits shorter and much more
frequent bursts (about once per second). So if you've got the LoJack
frequency in your scanner, and you're hearing short bursts every second, you
may be in the vicinity of a stolen car.
