[Scan-DC] NASA P-3B aircraft test flight tomorrow

I think I might have seen a P-3 last night. I went out about 9:40 p.m., and I had my binoculars with me. I was going to take a look at Arcturus, Saturn - the usual suspects. It was dark, but I am in Alexandria, so there is a lot of light streaming skyward. Right around that time, a plane with straight wings - not swept back - and four Allison T-501 engines flew over Alexandria, going from NW to SE, in the direction of Andrews. It was low, and I watched it though my binoculars. It could have been a C-130, but I don't think it's common to see them after dark.
