[Scan-DC] US Open - Montgomery County TRS

I'm hearing comms this morning on 75K, which is Special Events 1, and 75M, 
Special Events 3.  This makes me suspect that 75L is also being used . 
There's also traffic (pardon the pun) regarding  traffic flow on Traffic 
Management 1.
