[Scan-DC] Disruption on the Red Line

I received the alert below... anybody know what the "disruption" is?  While on the way to work at just about 0800, I was stopped at the traffic light on Indianola Drive at Frederick Road in Rockville (at the Toyota dealer) when I heard sirens... saw a silver full-size extended pickup (F*rd?) with a cap on it southbound on 355, it had red/blue emergency lighting (strobes or LEDs) in the side window of the extended cab (behind the driver) and at the top of the windshield... obviously an unmarked police vehicle of some sort, unknown what jurisdiction (ie county, city, metro, state).  I didn't hear anything on the fire service radio, did not have 800-MHz capability so was unable to receive police...


UPDATE, _just_ heard on WBJC, the Baltimore classical radio station, a woman passenger made a threat about an explosive device... nothing found, Rockville Metro station closed.
