[Scan-DC] Scanners at JSOH

My suggestion would be to print out the email from Captain Carpenter and 
carry it with you. If anyone gives you trouble, produce the letter. 
There's not a chance in a million the security guards know who the 
current PAO is.

Dave, would you please send a copy of her letter to this list?
