Both Washington County and Frederick county maryland have some type of rescue - poss water rescue near harpers ferry, wv - both trooper 3 and trooper 5 are in the air and it sounds like Chief 11 has command - but only picking up spotty coverage if anyone has ability to listen - please advise. Joe B
