[Scan-DC] PG County Project 25 system

We just recently got PGFD placed into our AAFD portables. An interesting
change is that we now have a Zone called "Waysons." Apparently the PGFD
Waysons tower covers the Lothian area (especially Rt. 4 Marlboro to Dunkirk
and south) better than our Sudley Tower (we currently have to use the
vehicle repeaters for many structures in this area, even the trailers). The
apparent plan is that we would switch to the Waysons zone and it would be
patched to the appropriate tactical channel. I do not know if the County
Police also have access.

In exchange, apparently PGFD has the same type of arrangement with our
Maryland City tower. Sorry I can't be more specific.

We now have an ongoing thread over at RadioReference of folks
researching the Prince George's county X2-TDMA system (which the PSR-800
can evidently
decode...). It's in the Maryland forum, and we have an extensive wiki
page with talkgroups spotted so far (thanks to an anonymous contributor)

The wiki page can be found here...
