Looking at marinetraffic.com, seems to be a tug out of Yorktown VA called the Viking... sure looks big for a tug, tho, and strange... of course, the only thing I know about tugs is from reading _Little Toot_ fifty years ago!

I've still never seen anything that large this close to the shore.

(No interesting scanner activity here, by the way.)
