[Scan-DC] Off-topic, Verizon to end time and weather services

I have my own time and weather number now. I hooked up my asterisk PBX
to my weather station. The number is an internet line, so it's
relatively cheap. I can also have the phone read back tide forecasts
and weather by airport code.
