N-E-S-T-L-E-S, Nestles makes the Very best, Chocolate  !

And yes, the DTMF did the Nestle's theme.

Looks like if we google "Verizon time and temp" there are plenty of stories 
of it being discontinued and folks obtaining those Exclusive numbers
