[Scan-DC] Another ICC talk group?

Joel, confirming 32691, right?

I don't find that one in the Montgomery County system as listed on radioreference, so I wonder if it's a new one.

Another odd or unusual thing is that that's an odd number... I don't have the vaguest understanding of how these TG numbers work, but I just ran an eye down them in the Montgomery system and _all_ of them are even numbers, unless I missed something... can anyone enlighten?  (Have always wondered that, why don't they just start at 1 and go to whatever... actually I think the new Arlington system may do that...)

Did you have that TG programmed in for something, or Were you doing a search?  What receiver are you using?

I haven't been listening to ICC stuff since Sunday & haven't yet tried to see if I can hear them from "base" in Gaithersburg (presumably I should be able to...)

Fascinating...
