[Scan-DC] ICC at Georgia and Norbeck

State police, but no Transportation Authority police, huh?  _That's_ interesting.

I saw a traffic report that some lanes are closed on I-270; apparently there is similar stuff going on there.  There are always MSP cars in those construction zones, but of course they patrol 270 and 370, so it seems strange that the staties are over there on Norbeck.

I gotta work tomorrow afternoon and evening, but am planning to take a spin on it mid-morning, before I go in.
