It works in a radius off of your zip so anything with in say 5 miles or wahtever you tell it, it downloads.

Where I live (area code 21208) I straddle two different jurisdictions. I
actually live in Baltimore City - Baltimore County is in my back yard, also
in 21208 zip code. How does the HP-1 handle cross jurisdictional issues
across zip codes?
