U/D MD| Montgomery| Langley Park| *Hostage Situation*| 1181 University Blvd E| Capital One Bank - HAMPSHIRE-LANGLEY Branch - reported as being actively robbed by multiple black males, now turned into a hostage situation with employees being held at gunpoint against their will. K-9, Aviation, and police have perimeter established. SOD SWAT notified and organizing. Montgomery Fire/Rescue advised of one perp shot and possibly an officer shot. Apparent robbery at Capital One Bank, 1181 University Boulevard, Takoma Park MD (near University and New Hampshire) - at least some of this operation is on Montgomery Fire channel 7-Golf but there is also at least one secure channel in use - FMs (Bomb Squad) on scene, as are both police and fire command vehicles.  At ;east 2, believed civilians, have been transported to hospitals, one for hyperventilation, a second for a puncture wound to an arm, possibly gunshot-related (presumably bank employees?).  WUSA TV9 says a suspect has been shot.  Apparently this all began a little before 0930.
