[Scan-DC] Active suspicous package in Montgo

There was previously an attempted bank robbery and hostage situation there. The hostage was able to break free, and escape. The device, I believe, is on the suspect who is now in the medic unit, along with the device.

Montgomery County's bomb unit is on the scene of what sounds to be an active suspicious package in the shopping center at New Hampshire Av. and University Blvd.  The package may be at the Capitol One Bank.  Bomb squad is preparing to make entry.  MCFRS Chief Bowers, Unit 100, just arrived on the scene.  Ops on 7G.
