[Scan-DC] Delaware Talkgroups

The term "Regroup" as  used in the Virginia STARS radio system is defined as 
:
"A position in the radio where the system sends the Radio for incident based 
communications"

Looks like the Delaware system has 6 fire regroup positions, A thru F
Not sure if this is an explanation to the question, however, it may help.

 I'm programming some of the State of Delaware system into the new PRO-106 - 
does anyone know what the following talkgroups might be used for?

 Fire Regroup
 Regroup A-N Police
  Regroup B-N Fire
 Regroup C-K Police
  Regroup D-K Fire
 Regroup E-S Police
 Regroup F-S Fire

 Just curious - they are listed in the Statewide EMS / Fire / Police 
Talkgroups group.
