I'm programming some of the State of Delaware system into the new PRO-106 - does anyone know what the following talkgroups might be used for?

Fire Regroup
Regroup A-N Police
  Regroup B-N Fire
Regroup C-K Police
  Regroup D-K Fire
Regroup E-S Police
Regroup F-S Fire

Just curious - they are listed in the Statewide EMS / Fire / Police Talkgroups group.
