Why don't State Troopers cover this road? Not a state road?

OK, just to clarify, it appears that there are two different operations with
similar names in MD... one is the Maryland Transit Administration Police - they
are mainly in the Baltimore area and patrol the light rail, MARC and that sort
of stuff. http://mta.maryland.gov/about/mtapoliceforce/
There is also a Maryland Transportation Authority Police http://www.mdta.maryland.gov/Police/policeMain.html
... they patrol BWI, the toll facilities, Port of Baltimore and the MVA in
Glen Burnie (unknown about the other MVAs... strangely, website is specific
about Glen Burnie). This is the group that will patrol the ICC, apparently.
(one wonders if Montgomery County will also try to get a piece of it to generate
a little revenue).
Confused? :) I sure am.
BTW, I saw something somewhere that implied that the speed limit on the ICC will
be 55. baah. Still too freaking slow...
