[Scan-DC] Crash last night

There was a car crash last night in front of my house on Old Baltimore Road at 1:20am. I heard the screeching brakes and then the impact.  I was the first on the seen and called 911 from my cell. The BMW was occupied by a 30ish couple. He lost control and hit a tree head on. The car was split from the front bumper 3/4 back through the car. He got out and was very disoriented. She was trapped in her seat with her knees up under her chin. She kept begging us to let her out. I kept telling her help was on the way. Her left arm was broken above the wrist. The skin was broken and she was bleeding. The driver did not seem to really care about her. He was more concerned about getting a ticket. Soon EMS arrived and the road was shut down. I went back in and tried to go back to sleep, but it took awhile with all the noise outside. I hope the the girl will be ok. Her name was Kelly. 

The section of Old Baltimore Road I live on is at a blind curve and we get about 6 to 10 crashes a year out front here.

Did anyone hear it on their scanner?
