Arlington is running a technical rescue on fire channel 1C. Report is a
car on the bank near the water, possibly after hitting a tree, with
unknown location of driver. Location is GW Parkway at Memorial Bridge.
Lots of uncertainties on the particulars, so it could turn out to be
nothing at all.
