Not to sound toooooo stupid, but what are the advantages of having this scanner (digital) over a trunking scanner. Are the counties all trunking now? I guess DC is digital, correct?

They are in stock.  Just ordered the 106.  Shipping is free - just
249.99 plus tax.

 197 on sale for $299.

 $249 is the lowest I've ever seen for any digital scanner... $50 less than I 
aid on black friday, dammit...
