[Scan-DC] New bcTool Released

I tried bcTool when I had my 996T indoors as a base scanner (it's now in my
car). The software is great, and I recall that Rob was very responsive, as
you note. The audio recording capabilities were the biggest highlight for
me.
For those of you with Uniden dynamic memory scanners, it's definitely worth
checking it out. The fact that it's free is amazing.
