They are FBI aircraft.  There are more than a dozen different aircraft they 
use. Cessna 182, 206s, 208s and 210s and occasionally helicopters (Bell 407 
and 412).  They are involved in real operations.  You can often hear them 
communicating with Potomac TRACON on 118.95 and 119.85.   Helicopters can 
also be heard with Quantico Range Control since they are involved in 
training at the academy.
