[Scan-DC] Butel AC250 Pro ~ Error Code

I am going nuts.  I just loaded the latest version of Butel software (AC250 Pro) for my Uniden BC785D.  I am a "Radio Reference member (pro series membership).

Butel is communicating with my scanner able to upload/download data to the scanner.  But when I try to connect with the Radio Reference via the [Internet] tab I get this message:

Fault Code: SOAP-ENV: Client
Fault Action:
Fault String Operation: 'x' is not defined in the WSDL for this service
Fault Detail:

I am not a internet or XML techie and I'm clueless on what the heck to do.  Any suggestions?

Might some kind soul be able to send me the ".mem" file for the VSP's northern VA STARS network that I could import into my Butel app?
