I suppose they want to get all the actual repairs that are needed done as a
priority.  Glad they are thinking ahead, but unless there is a big backlog
on repairs, I'd say gun shy.

maintenance requests cancelled due to the impending storm.

It's Tuesday and the storm at best won't hit until Thursday night? Think the
