[Scan-DC] 464.7750 [ d266] - Anyone Monitored?

Has anyone ever monitored 464.7750 [ d266]? It sounds like it could be
a summer camp, possibly at a college or university. There was mention
of a pool, chapel, carnival, laundry room, and pavilion. I've heard it
at night, when ducting often occurs, so I don't know where the signal
could be originating. The Northern Virginia 4H Educational Center
(WNNY555) in Warren County is a possibility, but the license doesn't
indicate a repeater, and I'm not sure that there is a chapel there
either.
