[Scan-DC] Byrd funeral to close Virginia roads on Tuesday

Arlington County Police will be closing several roads, limiting access near the 3400-3600 block of North Glebe Road. 

Here are the affected streets:

Southbound lanes of North Glebe Road 
Eastbound lanes of North Pershing Drive 
Southbound lanes of North Irving Street 
Westbound lanes of Arlington Boulevard (Route 50)
Parking on North Abingdon Street, North 36th Road Street and North Dittmar Road will be reserved for people attending the funeral. 

Rolling roadblocks will start around noon. Roadways will reopen when the funeral procession has passed.

The intersection of North 36th Road Street and North Dittmar Road is way up by Chain Bridge. I've been to a rummage sale at a church near there, which might be the church where the funeral is being held. There are at least three churches near there.
