[Scan-DC] STARS on the Pro-96

I have a couple of questions related to programming STARS in the Pro-96.

Right now, I have only the Fairfax frequencies programmed into a bank, using Win96. I did the extended table settings, using the values on the RR database page. Right now, I am getting very few calls. Sometimes, they are garbled, sometimes clear. I realize that could be a reception issue more than anything. Question: can I enter multiple sets of control freqs into one bank, say the ones for Arlington and PW County too?
