[Scan-DC] DC Fire / PD systems from Gaithersburg

I have my 396t & 996t set up with DCFD (800MHz) as one system,
MPDC (800 MHZ) as a second system, and MPDC (460MHz) as a third
system.  MPDC simulcasts some districts on both systems, but
occasionally only  uses one or the other? Citywide is on both,
but Special Events (as opposed to SOD) only uses 800 system.  I
get them fine at work at the bottom of Pooks Hill in Bethesda on
the stock rubber ducky.
