[Scan-DC] 270 reopened

Just heard on the MCP Gaithersburg talkgroup that 270 is reopened, but there will be periodic closures throughout the day.

http://www.wmal.com/ seems to be updating their website regularly... probably other media outlets too, I haven't looked at any others yet today.
